Pavel Turek assumes the position of Chief Officer of CSR & Global Brand.

With more than 25 years of experience in the motorsport industry, Pavel is a global leader in sports marketing and new sports monetization. Between 1997 and 2013, he managed one of the most important long-term partnerships in Formula One history, between West and McLaren. During this period, he completed 17 seasons in F1, participating in more than 250 Grands Prix and working closely with drivers including Mika Häkkinen, David Coulthard and Kimi Räikkönen. While with West McLaren Mercedes, Pavel spearheaded a number of initiatives that set the bar for motorsports marketing, such as the two-seater Formula 1 car and Coulthard's flight in zero gravity. In addition, as a managing partner of Coulthard | Doohan | Turek & Partners, Pavel created new concepts and ideas in various spheres of sports marketing, promotion, event management, and public relations.

From 2013 to 2018, he was Commercial Director of the Red Bull Air Race, overseeing aspects such as sponsoring, TV broadcast distribution, hospitality, ticketing, merchandise and licensing. He has also successfully leveraged sponsorship programs with Moto GP, WRC, and other racing series. In 2018, he became Marketing Director of the newly established SailGP, an international sailing competition founded by Larry Ellison, founder of Oracle and champion yachtsman Russell Coutts. Pavel has been the CEO of Automobilist since 2019, a company that specialises in re-creation of memorable moments throughout the sport history and presence. Automobilist re-energise inspiring stories by using modern technology to create limited, premium, large-scale prints, premium design posters and NFTs, currently enjoying licensed cooperations with Formula 1, 24h Le Mans, WRC, Mercedes, McLaren, Ferrari, Maserati. He is also a brand ambassador for premium fuels OMV MaxxMotion.
